ARTISTS FOR CONSERVATION 2018

About the 2018 AFC Festival:

In 2016, we were excited to announce a partnership with one of the world's oldest and most important global organizations dedicated to bird studies - the 27th International Ornithological Congress (IOCongress2018). AFC is the Congress' lead Partner for the Visual Arts. AFC's 2018 Festival and exhibit premiere will coincide with the August event in Vancouver, BC. The main event will be held in Vancouver's waterfront Convention Center in the epicenter of the city from August 22 - 25th. We're expecting dozens of AFC artists to attend along with 3,000 scientists/delegates and thousands of public visitors. On August 20, a “bird” parade through downtown Vancouver will kick things off.
